At approx. 12:40 p.m. an API bus was going the wrong way down Dallas. I couldn't find them in the phone book to call them. Even if certain bus lines do not access Ogden Point, would it not be possible for the GVHA to send a letter out to all of them to let them know about the expected bus route protocol in Victoria? |

| The API bus is not involved in cruise. We do attempt to notify the out-of-town tour buses about the partnership, but we certainly have no way of knowing or regulating who is coming to Victoria. | |||
