This is a note re the Zandaam being late two weeks in a row to the inconveniance of service providers, businesses and passengers. On the 14 May the ETA for the Vandaam was 1800 it was late for two hours. Same happened on the 21 May 09, so the ship pulled in at 2000 hrs,so the passengers will have no time to do any tour or shopping, because it takes them about 45 min. untill they are off the ship, only few minutes before the sunset. having this late start-up displeases the many very much, all have to adjust their plans for which means a great loss for the businesses in Victoria, and of course the tour operators or Taxis. it should be noted that on the 21 May there was no reason for delay, the weather was perfect for the ship to come alongside. |
