Here we go again. A few minutes after submitting my last two complaints about buses not complying the "protocol", there were two more buses going the wrong way at Dallas and Erie. Specifics are MTR Western 5666 and Globus 923 at 4:28 p.m. on May 22, 2009. So far I have submitted several emails and several web-form complaints (which have not shown up on your web-site)since May 16. No noticeable change in behaviour. Question: will you be retaining records of these emails for transparent audit purposes in your web system and will the public be able to see the number and nature of complaints and whether they have been effectively actioned? |

Neither of these buses are involved in cruise tourism. GVHA will be posting and saving all of these records. |
