Meeting Dates

Public Board meetings of the GVHA Directors are held quarterly, on the third Thursday of every third month at 5:30pm. Meetings locations are posted at least one week in advance.

Meeting dates for the coming year are posted below at the end of the previous year. 

The Annual General Meeting is advertised two Sundays before the meeting day in the classified section of the Victoria Times-Colonist.

Members of the public are invited to join the directors for the public session. Brief comments will be entertained at the end of each session.

February 14 - 5:30 pm at Coast Harbourside Hotel, 146 Kingston Street

May 16 - 5:30 pm at Hotel Grand Pacific, 463 Belleville Street

August 15 - 5:30 pm (Location TBD)
