GVHA is developing a Fisherman’s Wharf plan as part of its strategic planning initiative. The plan will include a Marina Development Strategy and Facility Plan and will lead to a rezoning application to the City of Victoria.

GVHA has engaged the planning firm CitySpaces Consulting to develop the plan. The rezoning application to the City of Victoria is targeted for the spring/summer 2012, to reflect outcomes and conclusions of the planning process.

Information will be received and shared through a series of public meetings and online feedback. As the process develops, this site will continue to be updated with opportunities for stakeholders and the public to share and receive information.
